- Photo Selection: After checkout, don't forget to use the form in the home page to add details you would like to share about your pet and provide photos of your pet. Please provide the order number so we know it is you!
- Mock-up Design: A digital sketch or mock-up based on the photo will be created and shared with you for approval, ensuring it meets your vision.
- Hand Painting: Using acrylic paint, your pet’s portrait will be hand-painted.
- Protective Finish: A protective varnish is applied to preserve the painting’s colors and ensure its longevity.

You will receive a proof of your custom artwork within 2–3 days for your review and approval. If, after multiple revisions, you feel the artwork still does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a full refund at this stage.
However, once the proof is approved and production begins, please understand that refunds cannot be issued.
